office 2019/2021 custom install software looking for

Hi
I don't remember if office 2016 or even 2013 let an user to make a custom install

but about 2019/2021 , yes there is a way to perform a custom install , but it's slow and it could be handy have it on a usb stick and a software maybe free ,that let me with few clicks install only what a client does need

do you know some freeware or shareware software that let to perform an easy custom install?

    I've been using Microsoft Office for years, and I recently upgraded to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 thanks to this https://www.nerdused.com/products/microsoft-office-professional-plu... . It's been smooth sailing so far, but I'm always on the lookout for tweaks and optimizations.

    I saw some interesting discussions here about custom installs and software tweaks. Personally, I prefer a lean setup without all the extras that I don't use, but I know others might have different preferences. What do you all think about customizing Office installs? Do you go for the full suite or pick and choose specific apps? Any must-have customizations or add-ons that have made your workflow easier?

    Come on, it doesn't take that much to open an account at MDL and you'll get a universe of good stuff there... ;)
